Cookie Policy

Your confidence in our website, our concern for your privacy and internet security is important to us.

Please take a few minutes to read this computer Cookie Policy to understand what cookies are, why we use them and how you can use our website without cookies. This Cookie Usage policy should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Computer Security Policy.

What is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or on the hard drive of your computer or device. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies as soon as you visit our site.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of our Website.

The cookies used on our website identify your computer so that you can navigate our site more easily and our website (and only our website) can remember your preferences when you subsequently return to the site. Cookies cannot give us access to your computer or to information other than that provided by you. Cookies are not viruses, spyware or files which can damage your computer.

Cookies are designed to hold a small amount of data specific to a particular client and website but are anonymous and contain no personal information such as your name, address, passport information or credit card details.

When you visit a website that uses cookies for the first time, a cookie is automatically downloaded onto your computer. When you subsequently visit the website, your computer checks to see if it has a cookie that is relevant (it contains the website name) and sends the information contained in that cookie back to the website. The purpose of the cookie is for you to make the best use of our website and for the site to provide you with a customised service.

Your consent

By continuing to use our Website, you are agreeing to our placing of cookies on your computer or device in order to analyse the way you use our website and for the other purposes set out in this Cookies Policy. Please read this Cookies Policy carefully and in full for more detail about the information we collect when you use our Website and how it is used.

If you do not consent to our placing of cookies on your computer or device in connection with your use of this Website, you must stop using the Website.

What cookies do we use and why?

We may use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our Website in order to tailor it to customer needs and preferences. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes only and all data is anonymous.

We may also use cookies to track campaigns from banner advertisements and opt-in emails. We may use third-party providers to help us determine which of our advertisements are most likely to be of interest to you. These providers may use behavioural information, such as how you navigate the internet, to provide relevant advertisements to you.

We may also allow some of these companies to use tracking pixels. Tracking pixels may be used to collect and store information about visits to our Website, such as which pages you viewed and how long you spent on the website, as well as the specific advertisement that you clicked to visit our site. No personally identifiable information is stored on these cookies or web pixels. The information reported to us is aggregated and anonymous. We use this information to understand, for example, the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing.
